So . . .

I totally have to tell!
Tommy actually watched (and laughed at) videos of Hallie over at Polos, Pearls & Pacifiers! The really funny part? He got mad at me when I started scrolling too fast for him to read! I always thought he didn't like the blogging world, even if I was in it. Guess he can still surprise me! Though I think that is as far as he'll take it.
Lol.

Still need Dr. Seuss quotes but I suppose it'll be ok for now. We do have some time before the nursery needs to be finished.

I am ssssssssooooooooooooo tired from these past few days. Thursday night Tommy won tickets to Wild Bills. I didn't really feel like going but I went anyway under the pretenses of getting home at an ok time and getting to sleep late. We got home at three in the morning and I had to drive (just in case you didn't know I am NOT a night person). Then we got woke up by the stupid phone, had to drive two hours to get his check and then go back to Wild Bills for Fight Night (which was fun but still). I really wish that he would think about the fact that 1) I'm prego and get tired easy(ish). and 2) I am a daytime person, I do not do well at night. But he wont. He is a night person (and will probably remain so forever) and according to him I'm a wuss. Right now I would love to sleep but if I even stare at this computer much longer I will have a headache to rival the size of the Pacific. And those are NOT fun.

Speaking of not fun is dealing with people that I don't particularly care for (at least right now). How I would love to name this/these person/people, but I will not. I will say that this baby in MY belly is MINE and Tommy's baby. NO ONE ELSE'S. Therefore, the only people that have a right to this baby are Tommy and myself. Everyone else can back off. After-all I am only NINE weeks pregnant and you are already fighting over Baby Bean. I don't think so. I really hope you don't think that fighting and saying that other certain people have to back off because you are a more recognized (I'm not sure if that is the word I'm looking for but we'll go with it for lack of a better one) role in Baby Bean's life. I (come Hell or high water) will be the one taking care of this baby, with the help of my wonderful husband Tommy. Baby Bean will NOT be staying with anyone else for a while (and certain people ever -if I can manage it). I will determine who gets to hold Baby Bean and who Baby Bean stays with first. And I already know who that person is so . . . just try and figure it out and/or change my mind.
Yes, I am evil like that. Don't try me.

Now that I have gotten some of that off my chest I feel a little better. I really have so much more I would love to vent about but I wont, not at this time anyway. :)

Really hoping that things will change for once (though they wont).

Have a good weekend! Or whats left of it. :)

My Happy List

This is my first Happy List and I'm kinda excited about it!

9 weeks and 3 days pregnant! Exciting! *This* much closer, lol. Happy that things are going well, even if m/s does suck.

Yesterday Tommy and I went to pick up his check and then stopped at a Mexican restaurant for lunch. I finally got my chicken fajitas! (REALLY) Happy! -I'v only wanted those things for like two weeks now. :)

Found out yesterday Tommy's cousin, Dillon, is graduating! Happy! He is the first male in that line of males to graduate from high school! I will be throwing him a graduation party! I love throwing and planning parties and events. Happy (again)!

The new house is almost ready for us to start moving in! Cant wait! HAPPY!

Tommy is starting to work a little more! Happy! -I am hoping that he will get on with a TV show and I'll be able to quit my job. Just the thought of that makes me REALLY HAPPY! :)

Honestly, I'm happy this week is (almost) over. Didn't have a good week at work but we are supposed to be going out with some friends tonight so that should be fun!

What are you happy about this week?

Dr. Seuss Quotes (Nursery)

So, I think we have decided not to do just one book but four (one for each wall). Put a meaningful quote and picture from the book (or movie).

"A person's a person, no matter how small." — Dr. Seuss (Horton Hears a Who!)
The one that we both love and plan to put in the nursery with a picture of Horton, the dandelion and spec (like the one above). I love this idea! As for the other walls I'm not really sure . . . which is where you come in!
What is your favorite Dr. Seuss quote (and which book is it from)?

Nine Weeks Today :)

Today I am nine weeks. Baby Bean is now the size of a Green Olive (yuck). :) Here is whats going on with baby bean this week:

Your little embryo has now officially graduated to fetus-hood. Adding to the excitement, a Doppler ultrasound device might be able to pick up the beating heart. With basic physical structures in place and increasingly distinct facial features, baby is kind of starting to look like...well...a baby!
Average size {point}9 in, {point}04 oz.

So I have figured out that I do NOT like pizza. At all, not one little bit. The only meats I can really eat is chicken (any way) and pulled pork, bbq style. I really want some bell peppers and I like most other veggies (but I did before).
Not showing yet but that doesn't mean I didn't have to go out and get bigger clothes. : /
Took some more pics today, decided to do weekly ones. Still need to get them on the computer but its a work in progress.

This Weekend

So I went to Tennessee this weekend, as I mentioned to you before I was. We left late Friday so didn't get there 'til almost twelve in the morning. I spent most of the day Saturday trying to find something to wear to the wedding that was later that night. I tried every store in West Town Mall and couldn't find anything that Tommy and I both agreed on. I love him, but I hate shopping with him; he makes it ssoo difficult! So I ended up finding a cute dress and just went with it. By the time we got it we were (so we thought) running late. We got back to his grandparents house (where we stayed) got ready and the two of us and his grandfather got in the car and left. It was a good thing we borrowed my aunt's gps thing because we would have gotten lost without it. The place we amazingly beautiful! And the wedding made it that much more so. There is no way that I can describe how beautiful it all was so I'll have to post pics. I was so glad we got to be apart of her wedding and it really all came down to one little moment when (at the reception) she finally saw that we were there and she started crying because she was really happy that we got to come. I was really glad we could make her day (sorta lol) like that. Sunday we went to lunch with Tommy's dad and stepmom. That was fun. We sat there talking for like thirty minutes after we paid for the food. Then we went back to the mall and Tommy bought an electric cigarette thing (its so cool). It keeps me (and the baby) safe while he gets his 'nic fix'. I don't really know how to explain it but if you ever get the chance go check one out. We planned on leaving Sunday night but ended up staying and left (early-ish) Monday morning. All in all I suppose it was a good weekend. :)
